Dream Performing Arts Academy takes our Whistleblower & Anti-Retaliation Policy seriously. If you have a complaint, report, or inquiry regarding serious ethical violations within the Dream Performing Arts Academy organization please use this form, or send an email to tom@dreampaa.org

All submissions will be securely and confidentially delivered to three separate parties including a member of the board of directors. This ensures that your filing will be addressed by an appropriate, non-related party. If you would rather, you can also reach out directly to the Board President or any member of the Dream Performing Arts Academy Board of Directors.

Please note that anonymous submissions impede our ability to adequately follow-up and investigate certain concerns. Providing your contact information will allow us to more thoroughly address your concerns.
